4 Foot Hutch is our top seller smaller European hutch because it has the best of both worlds -- ample workable size AND ample display and storage areas. An excellent piece for the moderately-sized kitchen and for displaying kitchenware. The top features two shelves -- the lower shelf is 5" deep and the upper shelf is 6". The base features two drawers and two cabinets with an adjustable shelf. Using wood from managed forests, this antique piece can be customized with over 25 hand-applied finishes including a 21-step premium faux crackle finish. The Base Only can also be purchased separately in our store.
It measures 50.5" L x 19" D x 77" H. Base cabinet measurements: The base interior is 47" wide, 17" deep and 18 1/2" high. Fixed top shelf measurements: They are 47" wide. The lower shelf is 5" deep and the upper shelf is 6 1/2" deep. From the base top surface up, the spaces are 13" high, 10" high, and 13" high. Drawer measurements: They are both 20" wide, 15" deep and 5" high.
